Its almost hard to believe that its October already!

I cannot even explain how amazingly good it felt to sleep for 11 hours last night. Finally! I went to bed at 10:40, and slept until 10:00am. :)

And now about my grades on my last 2 exams! You know when I realized that I've been studying just way too much to be healthy? When I got a 95% on my algebra exam. Yep, I was pretty much shocked. :P Especially for a person like me, who has basically sucked in math all of her life. But I'm really, really happy!
Oh, and I got a 99% on my russian exam, which was shocking too. So you guys were right, I did do better than I thought I did, when I thought that I had gotten C's or failed both of them.

But this weekend won't be all fun and games. I must write a 5 page paper for my British Literature class. It will be on the comparison of the use of nature in Wordsworth's and Coleridge's poems. I know, delightful. :/ There goes my weekend again. But hopefully I will be able to finish writing it today if I spend 7-10 hours on it, and then just type it out tomorrow.

Yesterday I wanted to get a Halloween costume. Target, as usual, basically has no selection for adult women. I think they had only about 5 costumes there to choose from! K-mart had a better selection, but the vampiress costumes that I wanted cost $50 and looked cheap/tacky, and the other one for $30 that I did like looked good on the picture, but when I tried it on it didn't look so good.
I might have to go to the "Spirit" Halloween store on tuesday.

I have really been loving my Ab Circle Pro.

The time spent on it passes by so quckly and its even kind of fun! Plus, you only need 3-5 minutes a day to see results. Although I usually use it for about 3 minutes 3 times a day. :)

Ok, I hate doing this, but I have no other choice. Probably half of the people on my friends list never comment or never update anymore. So I'm afraid I'm going to remove at least 10.
Now I have about 75 people on my friends list. It may seem like a lot, but it actually isn't considering how little I communicate with many them.

Now, I really dislike making my "rules" about who I cut. But its my journal, so please don't take it personally. Besides, I would not consider myself that harsh. I've known people who removed others because someone was on hiatus for 2 weeks, or didn't comment on every other entry. I'm not like that.

I will remove people according to any of the following:
-If they have been on hiatus for more than 3 months
-If they generally update less than a few times per month
-If they don't comment on my entries at least once every couple of months

*This does not apply to anyone I added within the past couple of months. I wait a lot longer if I want to remove any new lj friends

**If I removed anyone and they wish to be added back, just comment here or on my "friends-only" entry. I most likely will add you back again.

Again, I hope no one takes this personally. But I really like getting to know my lj-friends. And when that doesn't happen, I see no point in keeping so many.

After about 2 years of the same layout, I finally
decided to change it! Okay, it hasn't changed all that
much but its still prettier. And will take some time to
getting used to!

I also upgraded to a plus account. More userpics! Yay. :)

So...this will be my last post here
in America before I leave for Kyiv,
Ukraine this week.

I still have a lot to get done, so
I won't be able to use the computer
at all in the upcoming couple of
days. :(

For anyone who doesn't know yet, I'm
leaving for 5 months. It sure
seems like quite a lot! But I know that
I'm going to have a great time there.

As for updating my lj, I'll still do
that of course. But probably 1-2 times
per week, depending on when I'll have
time to go to the "internet club" which is
10 minutes away from my apartment.
Unfortunately I don't have the internet
at my place.
And I promise to make sure to read and
still cooment on all of your livejournals
when I get the chance.

So, wish me a safe trip and the next
time I'll update will probably be in
about 5-10 days.
